Most of us struggle with finding the motivation to make various healthy lifestyle changes. It's common to be really committed to something at the beginning…and then, we quickly lose motivation.
This can be really frustrating, and many people will think there's something wrong with them for not being motivated enough. But it doesn't have to be such a struggle.
